Suffix mix: .co.uk accounts for 84.04%
The window contains 22,232 .co.uk names and 3,412 direct .uk names. Together these account for 96.94% of the 26,453 names. The other four suffixes present contribute 809 names. This is the mix of this schedule, with every supported suffix included in selection.
| Suffix | Count | Share of all names |
|---|---|---|
| co.uk | 22,232 | 84.04% |
| uk | 3,412 | 12.90% |
| org.uk | 716 | 2.71% |
| me.uk | 84 | 0.32% |
| ltd.uk | 8 | 0.03% |
| net.uk | 1 | 0.00% |
Name length: 11–15 characters is the largest band
There are 9,423 names in the 11–15 character band (35.62%). Another 7,651 have at least 16 characters (28.92%). Names of five characters or fewer total 2,040 (7.71%). These are label lengths, excluding the suffix; they do not measure readability or commercial value.
| Characters in name label | Count | Share of all names |
|---|---|---|
| 1-3 | 78 | 0.29% |
| 4-5 | 1,962 | 7.42% |
| 6-10 | 7,339 | 27.74% |
| 11-15 | 9,423 | 35.62% |
| 16+ | 7,651 | 28.92% |
Hyphens and digits: 86.63% have neither
There are 2,500 names with a hyphen (9.45%) and 1,151 with a digit (4.35%). These counts overlap: 115 names have both. The chart separates the overlap so its four groups total 26,453. It describes spelling alone.
| Name-label shape | Count | Share of all names |
|---|---|---|
| Neither | 22,917 | 86.63% |
| Hyphens only | 2,385 | 9.02% |
| Digits only | 1,036 | 3.92% |
| Both | 115 | 0.43% |
Schedule by day, with two partial edge days
Dates use Europe/London. Only the part after 17:41:42 on 7 November and the part before 17:41:42 on 14 November are included. Those two bars cover less than a full day. Among the six complete days, 8 November has the most scheduled names in this observation: 4,171. These are published schedules, not completed drops or successful registrations.
| November 2026 date | Count | Share of all names |
|---|---|---|
| 7 Nov (partial) | 1,180 | 4.46% |
| 8 Nov | 4,171 | 15.77% |
| 9 Nov | 3,832 | 14.49% |
| 10 Nov | 3,979 | 15.04% |
| 11 Nov | 3,829 | 14.47% |
| 12 Nov | 3,466 | 13.10% |
| 13 Nov | 3,356 | 12.69% |
| 14 Nov (partial) | 2,640 | 9.98% |
Method and scope
This analysis counts 26,453 names in one accepted public-list generation. It includes all supported .UK suffixes, without a category, keyword, label-shape or SEO filter. Six suffixes have names in this window; .plc.uk and .sch.uk are supported but have no matching rows. Each scheduled name contributes once to the denominator.
The selection is missing = 0, with the scheduled timestamp strictly greater than 7 November 2026 at 17:41:42 UTC and strictly less than 14 November 2026 at 17:41:42 UTC. The interval lasts 604,800 seconds. It follows the public explorer’s rolling next7 selection. A row scheduled exactly at either boundary is excluded. Rows missing from the current list are excluded.
Schedule dates are grouped in Europe/London. Both edge dates are partial; the other six dates are complete calendar days. All eight dates happen to use GMT in this observation. A rolling seven-day window need not contain exactly seven calendar-date buckets.
Length means the first registrable label, excluding the suffix. For a .sch.uk name the geographic label is also excluded. Hyphen and digit flags describe that same name label. The length bands are 1–3, 4–5, 6–10, 11–15 and 16–63 characters. “16+” means the last of those bands. Percentages use 26,453 as their denominator and are rounded to two decimal places. Rounding can prevent displayed percentages from summing to exactly 100%.
Suffix counts, length bands and schedule-day counts each independently sum to 26,453. The four spelling groups shown in the chart also reconcile. In the CSV, the original hyphens and digits counts overlap: subtract hyphens_and_digits once before adding neither_hyphens_nor_digits. Do not sum the four CSV shape rows directly.

The extraction used the local public SQLite projection in read-only, immutable mode, with query-only enabled. One connection and transaction held the metadata and aggregate selection together. Only suffix, schedule and name-shape fields were selected. No customer, watchlist or order data was accessed. No Domain Rating, backlink or referring-domain measurements were selected. The retained report and downloadable CSV contain aggregate counts only, with no individual domain names.
What this observation can tell you
The report describes the suffixes, label lengths, spelling shapes and published schedule of the selected current-list names at one instant. It offers a reproducible reference for this particular seven-day window.
Names can be renewed or removed from a later list. The schedule does not confirm that a name ultimately dropped or became available. The counts establish no sale price, demand, commercial quality or catch success. One observation cannot establish a rise, decline, historical trend or seasonal pattern. The two partial dates should not be compared with complete dates as if they covered the same duration.
This report stays fixed when the live explorer changes. Future observations must retain their actual observation time, window, generation, source hash and source timestamps. A comparable series would need a consistent observation cadence and explicit treatment of schedule revisions. Further observations require editorial review before publication; none have been presented here as a historical series.
Download and column definitions
Download the aggregate CSV. It contains 23 data rows: six suffix buckets, five length bands, four overlapping shape measures and eight schedule dates. Each row repeats its observation and provenance so it remains interpretable after sorting or filtering.
