What today includes
This collection follows the current calendar date in Europe/London. The date displayed above changes at UK midnight. It is not a rolling window covering the next 24 hours, and the UK date can differ from the date where you are browsing.
Use the displayed UK and UTC times together when planning an action. GMT and BST do not have the same offset from UTC. The source timestamp is the underlying instant; changing its display to your calendar's timezone does not change the scheduled drop.
Today's results show only the scheduled times still ahead when the search runs. Earlier scheduled times are omitted, so an empty result late in the day does not mean that nothing was scheduled earlier. If a displayed time passes while you are reading, it does not show whether the name is available, newly registered or for sale. The list records a schedule, not the outcome of a registration attempt.
Check what remains useful today
For a name with a future scheduled time, first review the source publication and import information above the table. Then investigate the exact domain and decide whether there is enough time to complete your checks. The length of the remaining interval does not establish a provider's own order deadline.
The available email reminder choices depend on the time left and the current source status. A reminder cannot provide a full day's warning after that point has passed. Confirm an eligible request from your email; an unconfirmed request is not an active reminder. Email delivery is approximate, so do not use it as a registration timing mechanism.
If you download a calendar entry, remember that the file is a copy of the schedule at that point. It will not automatically change if a later published list changes or withdraws the entry. A bookmark to this page will show the new current UK day when you return, rather than preserve today's date as an archive.
Separate the schedule from a registration check
Use UK WHOIS lookup for a deliberate check of the public registration information Nominet returns. Opening a lookup link only fills the name; it does not silently query the registry. Check the result's own time and any missing or redacted fields.
A lookup may not answer whether a name can be registered at that moment. In particular, a missing record or a request failure is not a promise of availability. If you intend to acquire a name, the relevant provider must explain its registration or backorder process and confirm any successful outcome.
Our drop-catching explanation separates the scheduled time, a registration attempt and a completed registration. DomainSabre's search and reminders help with preparation; they do not perform that attempt for you.
When today's list is empty or delayed
A valid empty collection means the accepted source contains no entries for this UK date. A filtered empty result means only that the selected filters matched nothing. Neither establishes that all possible UK deletions have been accounted for.
If a first usable source has not been imported, or an expected refresh is delayed, the page says so. Older accepted data remains identifiable as older data. Reminder creation and sending depend on source freshness and reconciliation; an import failure must not be mistaken for the withdrawal of every listed name.
