Domain registration terms

These terms apply to new domain registrations purchased through DomainSabre. Please read them before paying.

The essentials

  • New .uk and .co.uk registrations for UK customers, for one year.
  • The November campaign price is £1.20 per domain for one year.
  • One payment, no automatic renewal, and no promised future renewal price.
  • Availability is checked, but a domain is yours only after the registry confirms registration.
  • Domains are registered to the owner whose accurate details you provide.

Who you are buying from

DomainSabre is operated by Serallo Domains Ltd, company number 17217704, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is Apt 2, 11a West Cliff Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH2 5EP, United Kingdom. Contact us at tom@serallo.co.uk with questions, cancellation requests or complaints.

The November registration offer

The campaign runs from 1 November 2026 through 30 November 2026, inclusive, using Europe/London time. It closes at the start of 1 December 2026. The offer applies only to new registrations of available .uk and .co.uk domains, for a one-year term. Payment must be completed within the campaign period. It does not cover renewals, transfers, existing domain purchases, auction purchases or premium aftermarket prices.

The price for each domain is £1.20 for one year. This is our November promotional price. No card processing fee is added. The total to pay is shown in your basket, before checkout and on the hosted payment page. The service is initially limited to UK customers with UK registration addresses.

Search, payment and registration

A search checks registry availability at that moment. Searching or putting a domain in your basket does not reserve it, guarantee registration or give you rights to the name. Someone else may register it before your registration request completes. You are responsible for checking spelling and choosing domains you may lawfully register and use, including respecting other people's names and intellectual property rights.

Stripe hosts the card checkout. We verify successful payment before requesting any registration from Nominet. A return to the order page is not proof of payment or successful registration. Your order page distinguishes payment verification, registration processing, uncertain registry outcomes and confirmed registrations.

Each domain in a multi-domain order is processed separately. One registration can succeed while another fails. A successful registration is for one year from the registry's registration date, subject to Nominet's terms. The confirmed result and available registry expiry date appear on your order page.

The domain owner and Nominet's terms

You must provide the intended domain owner's correct legal name, current contact details and genuine UK address, and have authority to act for that owner. If you register for a UK limited company, provide its accurate legal name and company number. You must keep registration details accurate and respond to requests for verification.

The named registrant owns the registration rights, subject to Nominet's domain name registration terms and conditions and applicable registry policies. These include rules about eligibility, accurate data, use, disputes, suspension and cancellation. You accept Nominet's terms as part of checkout. DomainSabre acts as your registrar; an order does not transfer the registration to DomainSabre's ownership.

Cancellation and immediate performance

If you are a consumer, you may have a 14-day statutory cancellation period for a distance service contract. At checkout we ask you expressly to request registration to begin during that period, as soon as payment is verified, and to acknowledge that your cancellation right is lost once the registration service has been fully performed.

If you want to cancel before performance is complete, contact us immediately with your order reference. Requests are assessed against the actual payment and registration state. Completed registry registrations cannot simply be undone because a spelling was wrong or you changed your mind. This does not affect statutory rights relating to a service that is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements.

Failed registrations, uncertain results and refunds

If a paid domain cannot be registered and the registry outcome is confirmed, we refund that domain's full price to the original payment method. Successful domains in the same order remain registered; only the affected items are refunded.

A connection interruption can leave a registration outcome uncertain. We check the registry before repeating a request or issuing a refund, because the domain may already have been registered to you. Your order may show that it is processing or under review while we resolve this. The order page shows whether a refund is processing, has been issued or needs review. Your card provider controls when an issued refund appears in your account. Contact us with your order reference if you need help.

Management, transfers and renewals

Confirmed registrations are prepared for management in the Serallo domain manager. Domain registration and management access are separate steps: your order page shows when registration is confirmed and when management access is ready. An account or a management entry does not itself prove that a domain has been registered.

DomainSabre sends an order confirmation, and Serallo sends separate account setup or access instructions to the email address supplied at checkout. New customers choose their own password through a secure email link and complete the manager's authenticator setup. Existing verified Serallo customers keep their current login and security settings. A purchase does not automatically verify a new account's email address or grant access to someone else's domains.

If access needs review, or you need management or transfer assistance, contact tom@serallo.co.uk with your order reference. We verify the requester's authority before disclosing private information or making changes. Registry rules and any applicable published transfer requirements still apply.

This purchase covers the first one-year registration term only. There is no automatic renewal or recurring card payment. Future renewal prices are not set by this campaign and are not guaranteed to match it. We will communicate the renewal price before asking you to choose whether to renew. You must keep your email current and act on expiry notices to avoid losing the registration.

Domain registration does not include website hosting, email hosting, website construction or any assurance of traffic, rankings, business success or resale value.

Your information and support

Our purchase privacy notice explains how registration and payment information is used and shared. Buying a domain does not sign you up to marketing.

For help or a complaint, email tom@serallo.co.uk and include your order reference. These terms supplement the website terms for the registration service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.
